Hi! I’m Brianna Comardelle, and I am a Health and Wellness Coach. My role is to guide and support individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals. I work with clients to create personalized plans to improve their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Together, we identify areas for improvement, such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and lifestyle habits. I provide the tools, resources, and encouragement needed to make sustainable changes. Whether losing weight, managing stress, or building healthier habits, I’m here to help my clients navigate their journey toward a healthier, happier life. What is a Health and Wellness Coach?
Wellness coaching is a holistic approach to lifestyle and behavior change that can help you achieve your health and wellness goals. Through active listening, unconditional presence and high mileage questions we will talk about your specific wellness goals. We will seek the roots cause of your struggles together and I will provide the necessary support needed. I am not a medical professional, and can not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication. If I see fit I can recommend a suitable professional to address any medical concerns.
What are your credentials?
I have a Bachelor of Science focused on Health and Wellness, and I am certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Health and Wellness Coach.
How do sessions work?
The initial meeting will consist of a Health history and general meet and greet. This session will be 60 minutes. We will get to know each other and decide if we are a good fit for one another. We will also discuss payment and scheduling options at this session.
If you choose to continue with a wellness plan then we will meet according to the selected schedule either weekly or bi-weekly for 30 minute sessions to discuss weekly/bi-weekly goals and any struggles you may be facing.
What plans do you offer?
I offer two plans. The first plan is over 3-months and we will meet every two weeks for a 30-minute session. The second plan is a 6-week plan and we will meet every week for a 30-minute session. Once your wellness plan is complete we can discuss if you would like to continue meeting and start a new plan or you may choose to take the information you have learned and go off on your own.
Do you take insurance?
As of right now I do not accept insurance. However, I am glad to discuss financial struggles and try to accommodate you where you are.
How do I schedule an Appointment?
Either click on the Appointment link at the top, or scroll to the bottom of this page and click book now. When you click, it will bring you to my open calendar. You can browse the date and time that works best for you. Once selected you will be prompted to provide your information. Make sure to submit your request and I look forward to seeing you!
Are meetings confidential?
Yes, everything talked about in the meeting is confidential. I will not share anything with anyone else unless I have discussed it with you first and have been given permission. If there is any concern of self-harm, or harming another individual then I will be obligated to report it.
How will I get support between sessions?
You will have access to my personal phone number and email. If at any time you have a question or need support I will be available from 6am-8pm everyday. I may be in sessions with other clients when you call so please be patient with me and leave a message so I can get back to you.
I will reach out once a week/midweek, to check in and see how things are going. This is part of your wellness plan.
Do you tell me what to do?
No, through high-mileage questioning we will explore what goals hold the most meaning to you and discover what motivation you already carry inside of yourself. I am here to help guide you in making your own decisions and support you through the process. The goal is to help you learn how to make your own educated decisions and support yourself through the process one day. Unlike a doctor, therapist, or nutritionist I will not send you off with a prescribed list of things I create for you. After our session we will create an action plan of steps that feel comfortable and within reach for you to carry out over the course of 1-2 weeks.
